The South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials collects the following data:

  • Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Other personal information (from members only) - address, date of birth, gender and phone numbers
  • ECB ACO Membership Details (members only)
  • DBS Certifiate Number and Date of Issue (members only)

Note: any information that you voluntarily provide within a members account will be viewable by South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials website administrators.


How do we collect your data?

Most of the data we collect is provided directly by yourself. We collect and process data when you:

  • Register for membership with the South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials.
  • Voluntarily make contact with us regarding an enquiry which requires us to respond.
  • Use or view our website, via your browser's cookies

We may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • England and Wales Cricket Board Association of Cricket Officials (ECB ACO)
  • Hampshire Association of Cricket Officials (HACO)
  • Who's The Umpire

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so we can:

  • Administer the functions of the SCP in providing appointments, resources and training.
  • Reply to any enquiries made.
  • Improve the user experience when visiting our website.

Should you be a member of the South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials, upon your consent we may also share your details with some of our affiliate organisations to administer the functions we provide as an organisation. These affiliates will be:

  • England and Wales Cricket Board Association of Cricket Officials (ECB ACO)
  • Hampshire Association of Cricket Officials (HACO)
  • Who's The Umpire

How do we store your data?

Data collected when registering for/renewing membership with the South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials is stored on a password protected database hosted by our web providers. All other data is stored at the discretion of the relevant Committee member(s).

All data shall be stored for a period of twelve months, or until it is deemed surplus to requirements by the Committee, whichever is sooner. Once this time period has expired, the data shall be deleted from any and all records the South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials holds.

Note: minimal data may be retained by the South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials for historical reporting purposes. Details of such data are available upon request.


Marketing

The South Coast Panel of Cricket Officials may occasionally send information that we think you may like, including (but not limited to) news articles, course details, training opportunities and events. This may include information distributed at the request of affiliate organisations:

  • England and Wales Cricket Board Association of Cricket Officials (ECB ACO)
  • Hampshire Association of Cricket Officials (HACO)
  • Hampshire Cricket League (HCL)
  • Southern Premier Cricket League (SPCL)

We shall only send this information to current registered members of our organisation.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
